What could Chiropractic have to do with the workplace? Well, simply put, everything. Ergonomics and Chiropractic are both based on posture, safety to the individual, and their environment. Headaches, aching wrists, and low back pain, are commonly due to inadequate work environments combined with poor posture, and weak and tight muscles. Chiropractors can suggest changes to your workstation, as well as treat workplace injuries such as chronic back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, or sudden injuries such as slip and falls. Keep in mind that going to a Chiropractor will likely not "fix" you. Instead, they will show you ways to safely help yourself.
